全球大氣觀測與資料應用研究中心（Global Atmospheric Observation and Data Application Research Center，縮寫GAODARC）目標為推動及發展全球大氣觀測相關科學與技術發展及資料應用研究。由宏觀角度來看，地球大氣與地表在太空中閃耀藍、橘光芒，而多樣化的大氣觀測則如貼近地表的「亮點」。本設計以貫串標誌的圓弧與漸層光暈詮釋地球與大氣，展現宏觀視野。中心縮寫「GAODARC」則採用稜角分明的簡潔字體，表達尖端科學意象。最後將Observation的字首「O」巧妙化為大氣觀測，使其成為視覺焦點，融合科學意涵與設計巧思。

    Global Atmospheric Observation and Data Application Research Center (GAODARC) aims at advancing the science of global observations and research of data application. From a macro perspective, Earth's atmosphere and surface glow in blue and orange hues. Diverse atmospheric observation techniques serve as “bright spots” near the surface. This design uses arcs and halos to represent the Earth and its atmosphere from a macro scale. The font of “GAODARC” features with sharpness and simplicity, conveying the concept of cutting-edge science.  The first letter of “observation” becomes an atmospheric observation and anchors the design, showing both the scientific essence and the design ingenuity.
